On Friday, January 7th, 2022, Brother Edgar Shockley joined his father, Edgar Elwood Shockley Sr, and his mother, Lena Lorena Shockley in the kingdom of heaven where the supreme architect of the universe presides.
Brother Shockley was considered by his brothers as the historian of masonic lodges as well as for the City of Wichita Falls. If you needed to know something, brother Edgar was the man to talk to. In March of 1997, Brother Shockley presented the 75-year history of Faith Lodge where he read the names of of the 127 charter members of Faith.
Brother Shockley, a 42 plus year Master Mason lived for masonry. He was raised on Oct 23rd, 1979 at Faith No. 1158, 15 yrs after being raised, he was awarded the Gloden Trowel on June 23rd, 1994 by the brothers of Faith Lodge. He was a PM of Bluegrove No. 965 where he was awarded the Golden Trowel on April 6th, 2006 by the brothers of Bluegrove Lodge.
He was not only a proud member of the Blue Lodge but also an esteemed 33° Inspector General Honorary in Fort Worth Scottish Rite. Brother Edgar was a member of Wichita Falls Chapter Royal Arch Masons # 202, Wichita Falls Council Royal Select Masters #140, Wichita Falls Commandery of Knights Templar #59, and a Knight Companion of Star of Bethlehem Red Cross of Constantine in Wichita Falls TX. He was proud to be called a Shriner and was a member of Maskat Shrine Temple in Wichita Falls.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar SR, mother Lena. He leaves behind his son John Edgar.

On June 10, 2020, Brother Greg Talley joined his mother, Edna and father, Clifford Talley in the kingdom of Heaven.
A Memorial Service was held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2020, at the First Methodist Church of Electra with Rev. Bob Lee, Pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment followed in Electra Memorial Park under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.
Brother Greg was born January 9, 1962 in Electra to Clifford Wayne Talley and Edna Frances Morrow Talley.
Greg was active in his community through Faith Masonic Lodge No. 1158 were he served as twice PM as well as DDGM. Greg’s passion for helping others flowed into his envolvement with Maskat Shriners and entertaining others and giving of his time to the Shriners and the children in hospitals across the Texas area, as Fuzzy the Clown. A native of Electra, Texas Greg will be missed by the community. The family asks you to not shed tears, rather embrace the happy memories and many laughs shared, as that is how he would have desired to be remembered.
Greg is survived by his brother, Lynn Talley; two sons, Joseph and Bobby Talley; two nieces, Jamie and Heather Talley; and a grandson, Jaxton Talley.
Ralph Lester Ellis, 93, of Wichita Falls, passed away on August 24, 2020.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 on Thursday August 27, 2020 at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home with Dennis Neal officiating. The family will receive friends at a visitation at noon on Thursday before the service at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home. The family request that those who attend wear a mask.
Ralph was born on November 1, 1926, and raised on a farm in Bryan County Oklahoma. He joined the Air Force at age 24, and served in Korea, and went on to have a career in the Air Force. He started as an aircraft mechanic, as a curriculum writer for aircraft mechanics. He also worked as an instructor for the Titan II missile program. He was always known as a jokster, and always had a joke to pull on his friends. He married Billye Huffstutler in 1949 and they were married for 71 years. His faith and christian life was one of the most important things to him. He served as chairmen of the deacons, grounds committee for 32 years, department head for the young adults, as well as heading the renovation committee at Lamar Baptist church where they attended for 56 years. Most of all he loved the Lord Jesus.
Brother Ellis was a faithful member of Faith Masonic Lodge No. 1158 for almost 59 years. His loving heart and masonic guidance will be forever missed.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his sister Norma Ellis
Ralph is survived by his wife Billye, as well as his nieces and nephews.

John Lee Tunnell, 75, passed away on the afternoon of August 6, 2020.
A celebration of John's life was held at the Maskat Shrine on Monday August 10th at 5 PM. Services were live streamed via Facebook from the event page "John Tunnell - A Celebration of Life."
Born and raised in North Texas, John returned home as a Purple Heart recipient after serving in Vietnam in the Marine Corps. John was a member of Faith Masonic Lodge and the Maskat Shrine where he served as Potentate in 1995 and has served as Recorder since 1997. As an Emeritus Representative of the Iowa Corporation of Shriner International John has performed the roles of Imperial Outer Guard Aide, Imperial Election Teller, and Imperial Potentate Aide.
